The terms and the cost of delivery are indicated after you fill out the form during the checkout process. The tracking number of your parcel will be sent you by email after shipment. If the country you have listed is not in the list of countries that are being delivered by the postal service “Nova Poshta”, then you can contact the manager at email@example.com and you will be advised on the matter of delivery to your country.
You can check the status of your order by entering the number of the consignment note you receive at your email address after paying for the purchase on the Nova Poshta website in the special “track” field. If you have difficulty tracking the parcel, you need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and our manager will help you to find out the delivery status.
In case the jewelry item is not available
Please contact the manager by email email@example.com and tell the name of the product you have selected to find out the terms for making jewelry item. After that, you will be contacted and notified the exact date of production. Custom-made items are provided in the order of the queue.
